Ingredients:

 

150 g Flour

125 g Butter

100 g Hazelnut Powder

80 g Powdered Sugar

1 Packet of Vanilla Sugar

1 Egg

 

Method:

 

In a bowl, whisk together the softened butter, vanilla sugar and sugar.

Add the egg then add the flour, the hazelnut powder and work to have a dough of good consistency.

Roll out the dough until it is 5 mm thick. Cut out the reindeer heads with a cookie cutter.

Lay the biscuits on baking paper or a silicone sheet. Bake for 10-15 min at 180 °C. Then, cool them on a rack.
