Easter Bunnies

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

250 g Flour

125 g Butter

100 g Sugar

2 tbsp. Milk

1 Egg Yolk

1 tsp. liquid Vanilla Extract

1 Packet of Vanilla Sugar

 

Method:

 

Mix the sifted flour, the salt, and the softened butter cut into small cubes until the dough gets a sandy texture.

Add the milk, the egg yolk, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, and the vanilla extract. Mix until you have a smooth dough. Form a ball, wrap it in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough on a floured worktop, to 0.8 cm of thickness. Cut out the shapes of Bunnies with cookie cutters:

Arrange the biscuits on a plate covered with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Then, let cool on a rack.
