Butter Bredele Eggs with Chocolate
Ingredients:
250 g Flour
150 g Butter
125 g Icing Sugar
½ Egg
½ tsp. Baking Powder
For golding and decoration:
½ Egg
3 tbsp. Milk
Chocolate
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except half of the egg that is incorporated last to the dough.
Then, wrap the dough into the plastic wrap and let it cool for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Cut out the shapes of eggs by using cookie cutters.

Arrange the eggs on a plate covered with baking paper.
Mix half of the egg with the milk and spread it on the top of the biscuits.
Bake them at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Then, let them cool on a rack and decorate them with chocolate.
