Ingredients:

 

Royal icing made from egg white:

1 medium Egg White

200-300 g Icing Sugar

Lemon Juice

(Water, if needed)

Royal icing with meringue powder:

15 g Meringue Powder

40 g Water

250 g Icing Sugar

 

Method:

 

Royal icing made from egg white:

Sift the white sugar.

Apart, beat the egg white lightly.

Mix with the sugar and stir to obtain a whitish cream.

Add a few drops of lemon and if necessary add some water.

 


Royal icing based on meringue powder:

Sift the white sugar.

In a blender with leaf, mix the powders and add water, little by little until the desired consistency is obtained.
